ACMS: Track Conditioning
We will begin voluntary track conditioning Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
Coming to track conditioning does not guarantee a spot on the roster.
Track conditioning is used to help prepare students for try outs.
The dates for conditioning are Wed. 01/27, Mon. 02/01, Tue. 02/02, Thur. 02/04, Mon. 02/08, Wed. 02/10, Tue. 02/16, Thur. 02/18, Mon. 02/22, and Wed. 02/24. Conditioning will end at 5:30 p.m. each day.
Pay careful attention to dates because they will be on different days each week due to basketball games.
Track try outs will begin March 1, 2016.
The following items are needed in order to participate in
conditioning or try outs.
• Parent permission form (This form can be found under “Athletics”.)
• Copy of health insurance card
